MAX-GEL™ – A viscocifier blended from premium Wyoming bentonite. Max-Gel™ provides superior hole cleaning and stability in even the most unconsolidated formations.
FSF 1500™ Polymer – Provides excellent cuttings encapsulation and wellbore stability. Prevents bit balling in clay formations. Reduces drilling torque and drilling pump pressure.
Typical concentrations are 1 pint to 1-1/2 quarts per 100 gallons in freshwater systems, and up to 2 quarts per 100 gallons in saltwater systems. FSF viscous sweeps are highly effective for periodic hole cleaning. Circulating such a sweep clears accumulated cuttings and maintains a clean hole.
DRILLING DETERGENT PLUS™ – Designed to reduce the surface tension of all water-base mud systems. Reduces the sticking tendency of water-sensitive shale cuttings. Effective in all water-based fluid systems.
Minimizes bit and BHA balling.
Reduces the surface tension of the liquid phase, helping to drop sand and remove drilled solids.
Reduces the sticking tendency of reactive shale cuttings.
ROD EASE™ – Helps inhibit clays and other squeezing type ground conditions thereby reducing drill rod sticking and torque. Mixes instantly and is not affected by water quantity. Normal treatment is 0.5 gal. per 150 gallons of fluid.
RING FREE™ L PLUS – A highly effective viscosity reducer and stabilizer.
This additive will prevent clay binding and sticking.
