RETURN POLICY
Call toll free (1-866-466-7711) within 30 days to return an unused part and to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Catalog credit will be issued, no cash refunds. All sales after 30 days are FINAL.

WARRANTY
All products considered for warranty claims will remain invoiced until the product has been returned to DRILLERS SUPPLY® for inspection. Catalog credit will be issued only after the product has been inspected and determined to be within the terms of warranty.

A letter clearly stating the problem must accompany the product that is being returned for warranty consideration. No exceptions.

All returned products must be shipped FREIGHT PRE-PAID. No exceptions.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

We manufacture customer specific products regularly. We can manufacture and ship the special order item quickly, due to our large stock of material and sub-assembly components. This is particularly true for specialty crossovers/adapters. All special orders must be pre-paid and cannot be returned for any reason other than for defects in material.
